We have been blessed!!!

As many of you know we have been waiting for today to find out if Alex was going to lose his job. Where he works was doing job cuts today and he was not one of the people that were let go. Did you hear that? God works in amazing ways and everything happens for a reason. There are so many people who doubt Him, but they are SO wrong! We are truly blessed by our faith!

On additional notes, as I type this the baby is kicking me to death! I have determine that this kid (For the love...I got that term from Don and I HATE it) loves bath time due to its activity level sky rocketing every night when I take a bath. Then there is also a love for celebrity sleeze becasue there is always more activity when an US Weekly is involved.

Our friend Steve came out of surgery well, yet another prayer answered.

Alex's parents got here today and we are just waiting for him to get home before we eat dinner.

Whew!

What a weekend! I was blessed on Friday to have 2 special guys take me and pick me up from work! Woo hoo! We also were allowed to leave early so I left at 3:30. We had moved our desks around and what can I say...we have a pretty cool VP.

Another great blessing was that on Monday we received a portion of our bonus! What an incredible way to start the week. We were able to get Aaron some summer clothes and tithe to church today-the rest we are holding until the end of the month. If all is well then we will decide what to do with it.

Saturday was a good day...Aaron and I started shopping at the outlets and then we thatched the yard with Alex and Collin. Last night we went to Krissy and Tish's for dinner and to see their new fire pit. It is really cool-they built it on their own and I think that Alex plans to build one now too.

2 scares too many

In the last few days we have had a few scary moments! Friday we went for our normal check up and the doctor was hacing a really difficult time finding the babies heart beat. So...she took us to the next room for an ultrasound and all was well. What a scary feeling!

Yesterday I started having a shortness of breath and it continued today. So, I called the doctor and she had me go to labor and delivery to be checked. Everything looks good-could be just the way the baby is laying.

I am so tired and drained! The worrying while you are pregnant is something fierce. I came home to reast and am now going to get online to get some stuff doen for work.

"back home"

Well...we are here and excited! We got here yesterday around noon...just in time to watch Y & R! That makes me really happy because I typically miss it on my vacation days which makes me nerved! I know, I know the small things.

We made a few stops on the way as I was looking for a book for my friend Colleen and her husband Preston. When we got here we had lunch and then Aaron played with Pa the rest of the day. Missy and Bill picked up Alex and Colleen came over to wait for Missy to pick us up. When she got here we went to Robinson to eat and stopped at DSW-I know I am SICK! Then to Wal-Mart and home. Alex spent the night at Bill and Missy's si O slept with Aaron. It was one of the worst nights of sleep I have had in a LONG time. I satrted reading The Shack last night and it didn't bode well for restful sleep. I kept waking up to make sure Aaron was still next to me!

This week Alex and I started participating in a small group study on the movie Fireproof. We are really excited and I am more excited to learn about it so we can share it with other people. I know that I am a lucky girl for the man I am married to, but this move mae me realize how blessed we are. Not only do we truly love one another, even in the bad times, but we are thankful to God for what we have. I am hoping that this study makes our marriage stronger!

Today is the pig roast that Alex came home for...no girls allowed! Missy, Colleen and I are taking all the boys to Chuck E Cheese. I am so excited and ready to go-right now. Then tonight it is Giannamores!! Enough said there huh?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASHLEY RENEE RORIGUEZ!!

Tomorrow Ashley turns 11...I cannot believe it!

Toots...I remember the first time I met you I was SO nervous! I am so thankful that you are part of my life! You are an awesome daughter and incredible Big Sister to Aaron! Your spirit is here with us in Ohio even when you aren't! You have such a big and caring heart! I hope that you have a wonderful birthday baby! I CANNOT wait to see you in April! Happy Birthday!!
