Happenings in Rodriguez land

All has been well here. Aaron is simply the funniest creature on earth. Tonight he helped me clean and brush Abbie. It was amuzing to watch the look on peoples faces as they drove by and saw the huge clumps of hair on our lawn. For some reason, Alex insisted that we pick it up- But come on people-we got engaged at a Monster Truck rally for pete sake! I don't really think the balls of animal fur matter all that much.
He is really into the Buckeyes and I really love it. I think when Don passed away I made this vow to always be a fan, so now I am. It doesn't hurt that they have great team colors either. Aaron has a book about them and tonight he went to bed with it. When I came back in to check on him he opened one eye and asked me to read the Buckeye book. So, I did just that.

He is getting great with bed time and not really mentioning Daddy's bed anymore, which is great huh? We do a bath, then brush his teeth and then typically he wants to read his Bible story book. Tonight Alex was dressing him on our bed and he called me into the room-when I got there he said, "Mommy I am tired". So, off to bed he went.

He is getting really good with his prayers too. He either repeats them with us or says them on his own. He truly amazes me.

Alex's aunt and uncle are coming this weekend and it is the Delaware County Fair opening. Cannot wait!!

He is so damn cute. I just want to kiss all over his face. Now that Michael is home safe and sound and things are starting to calm down we need to plan a weekend for us to come and spend time with you guys. I miss you!!

Those pictures are too cute. I wanted to thank you for the food and setting up the schedule, it has been so nice not worrying about cooking. The pasta was great!!!
