Seriously-do not ever go there or I will not be your friend anymore. THey are horrible mean people that cannot serve others. That would be like if I couldn't train or a preacher couldn't preach-come on now!!!
We went there tonight and I am sure that you can all imagine how exciting of a day it is for me knowing that at some point I am going to Pizza Hut. Lame, I know but that is just me.
So we go to Wal-Mart and then head off and I had a bad feeling when we walked in to 3 tables full and not one of them had any food on it. I even said something to Alex, but we went ahead and ordered. We sat at 7:32, ordered at 7:38 and Alex finally asked about our order at 8:09. The waitress was rude, but then our food miraciously arrived at 8:12-funny how that works. Everyone in the place was talking about how bad the service was and the waitress was running around like crazy. When we went to check out the waitress asked 3 guys standing around talking to put in an order for her. They ignored her and Alex told her they were ignoring her and she said she knew it and that she had been trying to get their help all night. I recognized the manager from the last time we were in there and our order was messed up. Alex asked to speak to him and let him know about our service and that it looks bad to customers to see people standing around when you have people that aren't getting their food, getting their own drinks and one girl trying to wait on tables, clean them, answer phones and wait on walk-ins. Long story right?
Well it gets even better when a kid behind the counter starts running his mouth to Alex and I start to see this bright red and green smoke arise from his ears and nostrils. I let the manager know that it was ignorant that he was allowing his employees to talk that way to a customer and we aked for a phone number of his boss. Hmmmm-the phone has been busy ever since we have been trying to call it. Jerk off!
What jerks. I love that place and now I can't ever go back-as long as I live. What will I do without my beloved Pizza Hut? I am so mad and sad about this whole ordeal. Goodness sakes alive~!~!~!~!
Don't ever go there, at least to the one on Stringtown Road, please please oh please promise me!
